TSR Legal is working with a respected regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its established team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with post-qualification experience to build their career within a busy and supportive environment, handling a broad range of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, advising on matters including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and land ownership issues, easements, rights of way, trespass, nuisance claims, and other property-related litigation.
The role offers exposure to high-quality work with the support of experienced colleagues on more complex matters where required.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with experience in property litigation, whether gained during a training contract or in a qualified role.
You will be organised, commercially aware, and confident in managing client relationships, with strong communication and drafting skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team. xrnqpay
