Are you a Sales professional with experience in Maintenance, Construction, Electrical Services or a similar technical industry, looking to join a growing specialist business where you can directly influence its commercial success?
Do you have a proven track record of generating new business and building relationships with Contractors, Consultants and End Clients, looking for a varied role offering a hybrid / remote position, a company car and performance-related incentives?
This growing specialist contractor operates within the Lightning Protection industry, providing technical solutions and maintenance services to customers across the construction, property and facilities sectors.
They work closely with contractors, consultants and end users, delivering specialist services designed to support building safety and ongoing maintenance requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales professional looking to take ownership of new business generation within a specialist technical sector.
The Role:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across maintenance, construction and associated technical sectors
- Generate new sales enquiries and develop a strong pipeline of prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with Contractors, Consultants, Facilities Managers and End Clients
- Attend client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and identify commercial opportunities
- Promote specialist lightning protection and maintenance services to prospective customers
The Person:
- Background in Sales
- Experience in Maintenance, Construction, Electrical Services or the Lightning Protection industry
