THE ROLE
As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient customer service experience throughout the vehicle repair process. You'll act as a key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and ensuring their experience is managed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the repair process
- Provide regular updates regarding vehicle progress, repair timescales and collection arrangements
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently
- Liaise closely with Workshop Controllers, Technicians, Estimators and other members of the bodyshop team
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records throughout the repair process
- Coordinate customer bookings, vehicle collections and deliveries where required
- Ensure customers receive a professional and positive experience at every stage
- Follow company procedures, customer service standards and Health & Safety requirements
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Executive or similar customer-facing role
- Previous experience within the automotive, accident repair, bodyshop or motor trade environment advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident dealing with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and priorities effectively
- Professional, approachable and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Good IT and administration skills
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
