NHS Referrals Administrator (Band 3) - Temporary to 31st March 20027
Based Norwich, NR2
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (30-minute lunch)
Temporary until 31 March 2027
100% Office Based
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join a busy and friendly team, which provides advice, support and access to a range of health and wellbeing services, including mental health support.
The team requires additional support to help clear a backlog of referrals and waiting lists.
Key Duties
- Processing referral backlogs and updating records
- Creating and proofreading outcome letters from templates
- Uploading correspondence to SystmOne, ERS and service portals
- Closing referrals and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clinicians where clarification is required
- Printing and preparing letters for posting
Please note: This is an administrative role only and does not involve answering telephones.
Full Training Provided
Training will be given on:
- SystmOne
- Smartcard access
- Internal systems and processes
