Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for multiple Multi Skilled Operative's to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative:
Carry out a range of multi-trade repairs and maintenance within residential properties, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, wall tiling, general repairs and other works in line with individual skillsets.
Complete mould treatment and associated remedial works to a high standard, ensuring compliance with Awaab's Law.
Deliver a high standard of customer service, keeping residents informed and updated throughout the progress of works.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in accordance with statutory requirements, regulatory and technical standards, organisational procedures and customer expectations.
Essential Experience of the Multi Skilled Operative:
Full UK Driving Licence
NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
