HR ADMINISTRATOR

Northampton Up to Β£30,000 Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm Permanent

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Administrator to join a well-established and globally recognised business in Northampton.

Working as part part of a supportive HR team, this role will play an important part in keeping the employee lifecycle, HR systems and day-to-day people processes running smoothly.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to leavers
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
  • Coordinating right-to-work checks and new starter paperwork
  • Supporting the monthly payroll process
  • Managing HR inbox queries and supporting employees and managers
  • Maintaining absence, holiday and training records
  • Producing HR reports and supporting HR projects and audits
  • Helping identify opportunities to improve HR processes

What are they looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Assistant or a similar role
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Experience using HR systems would be advantageous
  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards it would be a bonus
