We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in Northampton.

Location: Northampton
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Field Performance Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, leading and supporting team leaders and operatives across the region. Working closely with Anglian Water partners and local delivery teams, you'll ensure we deliver excellent customer service whilst maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. What will you be responsible for?
As a Field Performance Manager, you'll be working within the Anglian Water team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective operational performance. Your day to day will include:
Monitoring and improving productivity, performance and quality of field teams
Managing direct reports, including coaching, mentoring and supporting their development
Ensuring all work is completed safely, in line with Health, Safety & Environmental legislation and NRSWA regulations
Coordinating work with customers and resolving any complaints or quality issues
Controlling costs and resources, whilst promoting continual improvement and innovative ideas
What are we looking for?
This role of Field Performance Manager is great for you if:
You have demonstrable experience within the water industry at a supervisory level
You hold an NRSWA ticket
You have strong IT and communication skills with experience managing varied teams
You hold a Full driving licence
You're collaborative, trusted and focused in your approach, with a passion for building relationships and delivering results
