We're working with a growing, award-winning business in Northamptonshire that is looking to bring its digital marketing activity in-house for the first time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with the wider business, and seeing the direct impact of their work. The company has a genuinely positive, supportive culture with a friendly team environment and strong staff retention.
The Role
- Manage and optimise SEO strategy across the company website
- Take ownership of Google Ads and paid search campaigns
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Report on campaign performance and marketing ROI
- Work alongside external agencies and suppliers where required
- Help shape and develop the company's long-term digital strategy
About You
- Experience in SEO and PPC/Google Ads
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Comfortable reporting results to senior stakeholders
- Agency or in-house digital marketing experience considered
