Your new role

The role provides administrative and operational support for recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development activities, ensuring employees and candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout their journey with the business.

The role holder will support the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate and deliver onboarding activities, maintain training systems and records and assist in developing workforce capability through effective learning and development administration.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administrative
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and handle sensitive data appropriately.
  • Experience maintaining databases, systems, or records accurately.
