Key Duties (But Not Limited To):
- Logging Service Calls
- Call Distribution to engineers
- Maintenance Planning
- Maintenance costing support to Senior Office Administrator (as applicable)
- CLIK engagement (database)
- Stock Control Assistance
- Financial Reporting (as necessary, to discuss with Office Manager)
- Filing
- Raising Purchase Orders
- General Office Duties
- Good with Excel and Word
Hours of work are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with a half hour for lunch each day (40 hours per week).
Your annual holiday entitlement is 23 days a year pro-rata, plus statutory bank holidays and is based on completed months worked. Your holiday allowance will be confirmed upon the receipt of your starting date.
