Reed Business Support are seeking an energetic, creative and commercially minded Brand Marketing Manager to take ownership of an established business based in Teesside across their UK and US markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building brands, creating engaging content and delivering measurable marketing results.

The successful candidate will drive brand awareness, lead marketing initiatives, manage external marketing partners and identify opportunities for growth. You'll immerse yourself in the business, understand its operations and play a key role in shaping the future direction of their brand.

Working Hours & Benefits

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:45am - 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Hybrid Working:

  • Office-based during onboarding.
  • Work-from-home Friday mornings available following successful training.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Strengthen market positioning and drive brand growth.
  • Create campaigns that increase awareness, engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Lead and execute content strategies across digital, social and traditional platforms.
  • Produce engaging content showcasing the business, its people, products and services.
  • Capture authentic content within operational environments.
  • Manage photography, videography, social media content and drone footage assets.
  • Coordinate and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing providers.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and against objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective marketing initiatives.
  • Present marketing plans and performance insights to senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong brand management and content marketing experience.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing channels.
  • Exposure to USA markets is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
