The successful candidate will be required to operate an 8-tonne 360 excavator while also undertaking finishing groundworks on site.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is confident both operating machinery and working on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating an 8-tonne 360 excavator Undertaking finishing groundworks Carrying out general groundworks Working both on the machine and on the ground Assisting the wider groundworks team when required Helping to complete a major housing project Following site instructions and health and safety procedures Working as part of a busy site team Evening and weekend work may be available Essential Requirements: Valid CPCS 360 Excavator ticket OR NPORS with CSCS logo Ticket must cover the relevant excavator category/size A separate CSCS card will NOT be accepted for this project Previous experience operating an 8-tonne excavator Previous groundworks and finishing works experience Reliable and hardworking attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment xrnqpay Able to hit the ground running Desirable: Lifting Operations / Lifting Ops qualification is desirable but not essential This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Groundworker / 360 Excavator Operator looking for immediate and ongoing work on a major housing project.
