Service Coordinator / Administrator
Enjoy being the person who keeps things organised and makes sure nothing gets missed?
This is a great opportunity for a proactive Service Coordinator / Administrator who enjoys a busy, varied role with plenty of customer contact.
Based on the outskirts of Newmarket, you'll work closely with the service managers and engineers, coordinating appointments and keeping customers updated from their initial enquiry through to the work being completed.
A big part of your day will involve planning engineers' diaries, booking maintenance visits and responding to urgent call-outs. Plans can change, so being able to think on your feet and work out what needs attention first will be key.
Alongside this, you'll manage the service inbox, prepare quotations and contract renewals, order materials and raise purchase orders. You'll also help with invoicing and make sure records and paperwork are kept up to date.
If you enjoy getting to know customers, solving problems and taking ownership of your workload, there's plenty here to keep you interested.
You'll need good organisational skills, a confident telephone manner and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience in administration, customer service or service coordination would be useful, with Sage experience an added bonus.
If this sounds like your next move, we'd love to hear from you!
