Were looking for an experienced Managing Director / senior consulting leader to drive growth and strategic client relationships across the Home Affairs & Policing landscape.
This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on winning and growing major client accounts, developing executive relationships and leading complex transformation programmes across the Home Affairs and Policing environment.
The Role Lead the development and growth of strategic Home Affairs & Policing accounts.
Own client relationships, account strategy, commercial growth, delivery quality and profitability.
Build trusted partnerships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
Develop compelling account strategies to drive acquisition and expansion.
Lead complex, procurement-led opportunities, including MSP/VMS and SOW engagements.
Manage client investments and project portfolios against commercial targets.
Oversee delivery teams and ensure successful business outcomes.
Identify client risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Represent the organisation as a thought leader across Government and Public Services.
What Were Looking For 12+ years professional services experience, operating at or progressing towards senior executive leadership.
10+ years business development experience within Government / Public Sector, ideally with significant Home Affairs & Policing exposure.
5+ years in a leadership position.
Deep understanding of the Home Office, Policing and wider Government landscape, with an established senior stakeholder network.
Proven success winning and expanding major client accounts.
Experience with MSP/VMS, complex procurement processes and SOW-based engagements.
Strong track record leading large, complex consulting engagements.
Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
Excellent commercial, relationship-building and communication skills.
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
