The Opportunity
We are a small, agile IT firm. We are currently scaling our UK operations and are looking for our first Junior IT Project Manager in Newcastle. This isn’t a "cog in the machine" corporate role. If you are looking for rapid responsibility and the chance to see exactly how a tech company grows, this is for you.
The Role
You will be the glue that holds our projects together. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate with our technical resources, and ensure our financial sector clients receive a world-class experience.
What you’ll do:
- Own the project schedule—keeping us on track and on budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Help us establish our new Newcastle office (we’re just moving in!).
- Learn the "ins and outs" of Cyber Security in a high-stakes environment.
Who we’re looking for:
- Ambition over Experience: You might be a recent graduate or have 1 year of experience. What matters is your drive and organizational skill.
- Problem Solvers: You don’t wait for instructions; you see a gap and fill it.
- Local to Newcastle: You want to be part of the city’s growing tech scene.
- Adaptability: You’re comfortable with the "startup life"—where no two days are the same.
