The Role Advise clients across residential mortgages, commercial finance and bridging Structure and package complex lending cases from initial enquiry through to completion Source appropriate solutions from a whole-of-market lender panel Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders and introducers Generate new business through networking, referrals and partnerships Build and grow your own client and introducer pipeline Manage cases effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service Work towards and exceed agreed revenue and business development targets Ensure all activity is carried out in line with FCA requirements and compliance standards About You This role would suit an experienced broker who is commercially driven and wants the opportunity to work on larger and more complex transactions, while increasing their earning potential.
