As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, youll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits

Skills & Experience Experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
Skilled in time management and cost control
Motivated to achieve and exceed targets consistently
Strong customer service and compliance skills
Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential
