Description
- Uploading and query resolution through customer portals
- Provide administrative support to Credit Controllers.
- Systems maintenance of the sales ledger.
- Answering queries and requirements in the finance inbox.
- Raise credit requests.
- Issue copy invoices to customers when requested.
- Obtain/provide backup customer paperwork to support issued invoices.
- PO chasing.
Profile
A successful Credit Control Admin Assistant should have:
- Strong organisational & time management skills, competence in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Exhibits a conscientious approach with good attention to detail.
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Team player with a flexible approach to work and hours and a willingness to learn.
Job Offer
- Hourly pay ranging from Β£13.00 to Β£16.00, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary contract for 4 months.
