OA Group is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team in Potters Bar. You will manage an allocated portfolio of customers, handling enquiries, quotations and orders while collaborating with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse and Despatch.
You will develop specialist knowledge of metals, alloys, strip and wire products, ensuring accurate pricing, lead times and specifications. Office-based, Monday–Friday, with a salary of £32,000–£35,000.
