Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client based in the Melksham area who a looking to recruit a Service Advisor on a permanent basis
What you will be doing:
- First point of contact for customers in person and over the phone
- Keeping customers updated on their vehicles
- Explain repairs and services to customers
- Liaison with internal departmetns including the workshop
- Providing accurate informaiton on repairs and services
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry is preferable
- Excellent problem solving, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure where no two days are the same
- Good IT skills
