The RoleReporting into the Site Management team, you'll play a key role in coordinating electrical installation activities and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity across the project.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day electrical and M&E activities on site
Supervise subcontractors and site operatives
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with National Grid procedures
Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture
Monitor quality standards and support successful project delivery
Ensure safe systems of work are implemented and adhered to
Coordinate lifting operations where required
Work closely with project managers and engineers to resolve site issues
Essential RequirementsTo be considered, candidates must hold:
National Grid Person CP authorisation
NS12 certification
Lift Supervisor qualification
Manual Handling certificate
Proven experience in an Electrical or M&E Supervisor role
Previous exposure to National Grid, substations, or high-voltage environments
Relevant PPE and ability to start on site immediately
