Are you ready to make an impact through media and PR? I'm supporting a fantastic health and care focused charity, to find their new Media and PR Manager. You'll play a key role in ensuring the organisation is visible and vocal on the issues that matter most.
You'll have your finger on the pulse of the news agenda and social media, identifying opportunities to raise their profile, influence conversations and showcase the difference their work makes. You'll monitor relevant media and PR coverage and sector developments, keeping senior colleagues informed and ensuring they are well briefed ahead of media interviews and incoming requests.
Building strong relationships will be central to the role. You'll develop and maintain trusted relationships with leading sector journalists and commentators, keeping them informed about the sector and identifying opportunities for our organisation to add insight and value to existing stories.
Throughout the year, you'll also lead the media and PR planning for flagship campaigns and high-profile influencing work. You'll develop 360 media strategies and packages designed to put our organisation at the heart of the news agenda and ensure key messages reach the audiences that matter.
