Team Manager for Fostering to lead and manage the Social Care teams, and being accountable for the direction, delivery and performance of the team, including assessment and appropriate management of risk. Ensuring that integrated practice is embedded to improve outcomes for local people in a defined community. In this role as Team Manager you will also deputise for and support the Fostering Operations.
