Use customer journey mapping to optimise lifecycle marketing and in-platform techniques to enhance engagement and revenue growth.
  • Revenue Growth and Commercial Impact: Drive revenue growth through multi-channel digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, paid social, email, and display advertising, with measurable success in both new business and customer expansion.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Own and refine CRO strategies to improve user journeys across the website and platform, enhancing engagement and conversion rates for both new and existing customers.
  • HubSpot and CRM Mastery: Oversee all CRM and marketing automation strategies, ensuring optimal utilisation of HubSpot to drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Set and track KPIs for all campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimise marketing performance. Deliver regular reports and insights to the leadership team, demonstrating ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Team Growth and Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a growing digital marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, learning, and results. Scale the team to meet business growth demands while maintaining efficiency and delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Stakeholder and Agency Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, UX, and development, to ensure the platform and website are user-friendly, accessible, and SEO-optimised. Manage external agency relationships to supplement in-house expertise where needed.
