Job Title: Candidate Marketing Lead - Talent Attraction & Early Careers
Location: London (Hybrid - 1 Day/Week In-Office)
Contract: 6 Months 40 hrs/wk
Role Overview
Lead the UK talent attraction strategy for a global professional services firm. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will design and execute campaigns to attract Early Talent (graduates, interns) and Experienced Hires, while overseeing employer brand activation and alumni engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Delivery: Run multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, campus) to build early talent and experienced hire candidate pipelines.
- Content & Agency Management: Brief internal/external agencies to produce employer brand assets, spotlight videos, and landing page content.
- Candidate Nurture: Manage newsletters, landing pages, and event communications to convert candidate interest into applications.
- Data & Performance: Track campaign metrics to optimize conversion rates and ROI across recruitment channels.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Early Talent Recruiting, HR, and global brand teams to deliver peak-season hiring goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in employer branding, candidate marketing, or talent attraction.
- Solid understanding of the candidate lifecycle (awareness -> nurture -> application).
- Strong project management skills and experience briefing creative agencies.
- Ability to work hybrid with 1 day/week in the London office.
