Are you a highly organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys supporting busy teams and keeping services running smoothly?
Our client is looking for an experienced Team Support Co-ordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and remote-based teams, helping with enquiries, client information, CRM systems, events, reporting and general service coordination.
This is a varied role where you will support the smooth running of the service, ensuring information is recorded accurately, enquiries are handled effectively and colleagues have the administrative support they need to deliver services successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with enquiries by phone, email, web, correspondence and face-to-face where required.
- Carry out eligibility checks and allocate clients to the appropriate advisor.
- Use CRM and database systems to record, update and manage client and service information.
- Support meetings and events, including room bookings, papers, refreshments, minutes and delegate administration.
- Produce and maintain accurate records, reports and management information.
- Support the promotion of services and events to clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Assist with financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices, claims and reconciliations.
- Monitor project and contract information to support compliance and funding requirements.
- Maintain databases, libraries and other information sources accurately.
- Review office systems and procedures to help improve efficiency and service delivery.
You will have:
- Previous experience in an administrator, team support, office support or co-ordination role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accurate records and data.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Confident communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face contact.
- Experience using CRM systems, databases or management information systems.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work accurately under pressure.
- A proactive, professional and team-focused approach.
