The Role:

We are looking for an ambitious, creatively led Senior Brand Manager / Head of Brand to take ownership of the brand and help drive its next stage of growth. This is a broad, high-impact role for someone who combines strong brand strategy with an exceptional creative eye. You will be responsible for growing brand awareness, relevance and organic demand, developing exciting creative campaigns and ensuring the brand has a consistent and compelling presence across every consumer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop the overall brand strategy, positioning and identity, ensuring the brand continues to evolve and stand out within a competitive market.
  • Develop and execute creative, culturally relevant ideas that increase brand awareness, consideration and organic demand.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the brand through partnerships, activations, collaborations, PR, influencer and experiential activity.
  • Drive organic traffic and brand growth, with a strong focus on building long-term awareness rather than relying solely on paid acquisition.
  • Bring a strong creative eye and point of view, challenging briefs and pushing the brand creatively.
  • Work closely with the Art Director to develop concepts, campaigns and creative direction.
  • Lead the development of integrated brand campaigns from initial idea through to execution.
  • Develop and oversee OOH campaigns, ensuring creative is distinctive, relevant and aligned with the wider brand strategy.
  • Own and develop the brand's PR and influencer strategy, building strong relationships with relevant talent, media and cultural partners.
  • Lead influencer campaigns, gifting, partnerships and collaborations that authentically build brand awareness and credibility.
  • Provide clear direction, prioritisation and structure across the team.
  • Help establish and evolve the marketing team's structure, processes and ways of working as the business grows.
  • Manage marketing team & plan the marketing calendar.

About You:

  • Experience in a Senior Brand Manager, Brand Lead, Head of Brand, Brand Director or similar role.
  • Strong experience developing and executing brand strategies and integrated campaigns.
  • A proven track record of growing brand awareness and organic demand.
  • Strong experience across PR, influencer marketing, social and brand partnerships.
  • Experience delivering OOH and larger-scale brand campaigns.
  • An excellent creative eye with the confidence to challenge, develop and champion creative ideas.
