Our client is a well-established business with a need for an experienced Sales Order Processor to join their team.
What you will be doing:
- Processing all incoming customer orders accurately using the ERP system
- Tracking delivery dates and processing delivery notes
- Managing order amendments, cancellations and rebookings
- Supporting customers via telephone and email, responding to queries and resolving issues
- Processing monthly and quarterly price adjustments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date price lists
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved efficiently
- Creating and processing credit notes
- Maintaining accurate customer and product master data
- Supporting the smooth running of the wider sales administration function
What you need to bring:
- Previous experience in sales order processing or sales administration
- Experience using an ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email
- A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
- Good IT skills and confidence working with internal systems and data
