Manchester City Centre (Office based 5 days per week)
Temporary Contract 8-10 Weeks (with potential extension)
Weekly Pay: Β£13.45ph (Β£27,976 per annum)
Aspire Recruitment are recruiting for two temporary positions based in Manchester City Centre, offering an immediate start and the possibility of an extended contract.
The Role
Working within a busy property management team, you will provide day to day administrative support and assist with the day-to-day management of residential properties and tenants.
This position is 100% office based 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and property records
- Contacting tenants regarding payments and account queries
- Processing payments and keeping accurate payment records
- Assisting with property inspections where required
- Speaking to tenants face to face, on the telephone and via email
About You
- Previous experience in a property management or lettings environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- Confident with dealing with the general public face to face, on the telephone and via email
Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
