Performance Marketing Manager

Salary: Β£40k-Β£50k depending on experience
As our client continues to grow, they are looking to bring a hungry, commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager into a stand alone role for the company to focus on end to end campaign strategy, lead optimisation and client conversion rates.
What you'll own
- Paid search, paid social and acquisition performance
- Review platforms, marketplaces and CPL partnerships
- Budget allocation, forecasting and optimisation
- CAC, SQL, conversion and pipeline performance
- SEO, CRO and website optimisation
- ABM targeting and retargeting campaigns
- Testing, attribution and channel performance
- Emerging AI search opportunities
We're keen to speak with people who have
- B2 B performance marketing experience
- Experience managing paid media budgets and delivering commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of CAC, pipeline and Lead generation and ROI
- Expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, SEO and CRO
- Experience working closely with Sales and Demand Generation teams
- Strong analytical and optimisation skills
- Experience using AI to improve marketing performance and efficiency
The ideal candidate: You'll think beyond clicks and lead volume, understanding how marketing drives pipeline, revenue and business growth. You'll be commercially minded, data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on performance, attribution and ROI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond managing channels and take genuine ownership of a revenue-generating marketing function.
