Guinness Property is seeking an Area Planner to join the Responsive Repairs team on a full-time permanent contract. This hybrid role requires three days per week in our Oldham office, with hours 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday plus Saturday morning on a rota basis.
You will coordinate day-to-day scheduling of operatives, manage diaries, bookings and reschedules, keep accurate records, and update systems so repairs are tracked.
