Bannister Farm is located in Leyland, in Lancashire.
Our home offers residential support to five autistic adults, who may also have a learning disability.
The home is located off a main road, in a pleasant neighbourhood.

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service.

What you'll bring to the role Youve worked as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager and are ready for the next step.
Youre a natural leader approachable, supportive, and great at bringing out the best in others.
Youre passionate about high-quality care and know how important it is to residents and their families.
Youre organised, proactive, and confident in managing the practical side of care (risk assessments, audits, compliance).
