We are looking for an Administrative Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse and transport operations at our Sevington / Dover site. The role includes driver reception, delivery documentation checks, data entry, stock updates, and coordination with warehouse and transport teams.
- Welcome drivers and manage vehicle arrivals.
- Check delivery notes and transport documents.
- Enter goods-in information into ERP/WMS systems.
- Maintain accurate administrative and logistics records.
- Handle operational emails and calls.
- Liaise with warehouse teams, planners and carriers.
- Provide professional customer and driver support.
Profile
- 1 year of experience in logistics or warehouse administration.
- A-Level (or equivalent) minimum.
- Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.
