I'm growing my network of confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Maidstone and the surrounding areas , supporting schools with both planned and last-minute cover.
This is a great opportunity if you already have school experience, considering a career in teaching and want greater flexibility in your working week.

?? What Will You Be Doing?
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll supervise classes during teacher absence using work that has already been prepared by the school.
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering and supervising pre-set lesson activities
Keeping pupils focused and engaged
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Supporting pupils with instructions and tasks
Following safeguarding and school procedures
Leaving feedback for the class teacher
????? What Am I Looking For?
You'll need to be:
Confident and comfortable working with secondary-aged pupils
Able to establish clear boundaries and manage behaviour
Reliable, organised and adaptable
A strong communicator
Passionate about helping pupils have a positive experience at school
Experience within a school is advantageous, although transferable experience working with young people, sports teams, youth groups, tutoring or mentoring can also be relevant.
