Confidential is seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant in Lutterworth (with free parking onsite). You will support a conveyancing fee earner across residential matters from opening files to completion, liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and agents, and preparing documents for exchange and completion.
The role requires 12 months+ experience supporting a conveyancing team, excellent communication, a good understanding of the conveyancing process, and familiarity with the Land Registry
