You'll be a Director in our Transaction Services Lifesciences and Healthcare team. In this role you'll support Partners, develop and grow the Transaction Services business. You'll manage day-to-day progress of projects and drive the delivery of quality corporate finance transaction advice engagements. You'll manage and develop your team and coach. It's an opportunity to support a range of clients by providing due diligence services to support them through events such as acquisitions, sale processes and capital markets transactions within the sector.

You'll be someone with:

  • Life Sciences & Healthcare experience is preferred/would be an advantage
  • A deep understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors and/or reporting accountant's work
  • Experience in networking across the industry and in developing business opportunities
  • A strong focus on data-driven insights and commercial acumen
  • Previous experience of managing teams in the delivery of engagements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience
