Role Purpose
The Office Administrator will provide efficient administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office support activities.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and room bookings.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain accurate filing and document management systems.
- Support communication and coordination between departments and external parties.
- Assist with employee and visitor arrangements when required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
