With a proud history of providing expert care since 1892, this service supports individuals with complex neurological conditions including brain and spinal injuries, stroke, and progressive neurological disorders. As a Senior Nurse, youll play a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence overnight, supported by a well-resourced and forward-thinking team.

Your role as Senior Nurse Days Only:
Take clinical lead responsibility during night shifts, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care
Deliver and oversee complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management
Provide support and guidance to junior staff, acting as a mentor and role model
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and follow best practice guidelines
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of services

A Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
Experience in complex care and high-acuity nursing
Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to clinical excellence
Confident working independently during night shifts while fostering a collaborative team environment
