British Heart Foundation is recruiting a Digital Journeys Senior Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the migration from Dotdigital to Adobe and redesign hundreds of campaigns into customer-centred journeys. You’ll own journeys from brief to delivery, configuring segmentation, workflows, personalisation and automation. You’ll work across Digital, Data, Retention and Customer Journeys, ensuring rigorous testing, optimisation and accountable delivery of measurable customer.
