We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Content & Sales Enablement Manager to power our go-to-market engine. This hybrid role bridges marketing and sales by owning full-funnel content creation while enabling our sales team with the right messaging, materials, and campaigns to close deals faster. You’ll play a key role in crafting compelling content that converts—whether it’s through targeted ABM campaigns, persuasive sales collateral, or top-funnel thought leadership. This is an ideal role for a B2B marketer who thrives on alignment, storytelling, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Marketing & Copywriting
- Write high-converting content for B2B (and some B2C) campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
- Create thought leadership assets: white papers, eBooks, guides, and case studies that drive awareness and lead generation.
- Turn internal or external data into Digital PR opportunities and media-ready content.
- Audit and update website copy to reflect evolving product value and brand voice.
- Optimize legacy content for SEO and performance.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets: pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, etc.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand field needs and tailor messaging, materials, and playbooks.
- Build and manage a centralized content library that’s easy for AEs to access and use.
- Partner with demand gen and paid media teams to ensure content aligns with funnel strategy.
