Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Consultancy business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk for 3 months.
Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate interim Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:
- - Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring they are correctly coded, approved and processed for payment.
- - Monitor and manage the finance inbox, responding to invoice and payment queries in a timely manner.
- - Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries and ensure smooth invoice processing.
- - Support regular payment runs, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time.
- - Assist with account reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies where required.-
- - Provide general finance and accounts payable support as needed.
- - Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and projects to support the wider finance team.
Profile:
The successful interim Purchase Ledger Clerk will have 1 years experience
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
Salary & Benefits:
This role is paying between Β£15-Β£18p/h
