What Is the Opportunity?
This role is the primary point of accountability within Europe for the governance, tracking and reporting of the project portfolio.
As a Programme Analyst you will support the planning and monitoring of programs or projects, ensuring they align with organisational objectives and deliver expected outcomes.
- Ensures that project artefacts (e. g. risks, issues, dependencies, status reports, financials, milestones) are kept up to date, and to consult with Business Partners and other key stake holders to ensure the maintenance and integrity of the project workstack.
- Drives consistency of approach and standards of delivery and execution across the Project Management resource pool working in collaboration with the Programme Director.
- Coordinates and/ or completes the preparation of the key PMO deliverables (e. g. status reports, publications, dashboards, time/resource allocation), including the monthly Senior Leadership Team Governance decks (i. e.
ELT, Deep Dive and Delivery Reviews), International and Enterprise reports.
- Leads multiyear planning and annual financial planning on behalf of Tech and Execution.
- Manages the document library (and associated repositories) from initiation of a new project through to closure.
- Coordinates and administers key PMO meetings.
- Set up new projects on 'in house' systems and provide frontline support to all SPand E team for general enquiries whether it be calendars, artefacts, governance, Share Point or JIRA.
- Analyse program data, metrics, and performance indicators advising on potential issues related to costs, benefit realisation, schedules, and performance.
- Consolidates time sheets in readiness for invoice approval for non-permanent employees.
- Assist in developing program plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- Facilitate meetings and document action items with appropriate follow up where required.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Support implementation of best practices – drafting new or revised policies and standardised procedures.

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Programme Analyst, Management Analyst, or suitable experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of multiple databases and software systems.
