Omnichannel Content Lead

We are looking for an experienced Omnichannel Content Lead to translate campaign platforms into compelling, connected storytelling across multiple consumer touchpoints.

In this role, you will lead the development of end-to-end content toolkits, from early channel concepts and proof of concepts (POCs) through agency production, stakeholder alignment and final delivery.

You will ensure creative ideas are adapted effectively to the needs of different channels while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand experience.

Working in a fast-paced, international marketing environment, you will collaborate with creative agencies and cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaigns to life across a range of retail and digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Strategy & Execution: Understand how different channels, including retail, e-commerce, websites, CRM and social media, operate, and translate campaign ideas into effective channel-specific executions that connect across the consumer journey.
  • Creative & Conceptual

Development: Explore creative opportunities and transform campaign platforms into compelling channel concepts, storytelling approaches and proof of concepts.

  • Visual Storytelling: Communicate creative ideas clearly through visual references, mood boards, rough mock-ups, content sequences and other presentation materials.
  • Agency

Leadership: Brief and guide creative agencies, challenge initial concepts, consolidate stakeholder feedback and drive the development of strong, effective creative solutions.

  • End-to-End
  • Project

Ownership: Manage content toolkits from initial scoping through final delivery, overseeing deliverables, timelines, dependencies, stakeholder reviews and production readiness.

  • Budget Management: Review agency estimates, challenge unnecessary costs and scope, and identify opportunities to optimise budgets without compromising creative quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships across teams, communicate recommendations clearly and present creative concepts and delivery plans with confidence.
  • Proactive

Delivery: Work independently in a dynamic environment, navigating evolving briefs, competing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of execution.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in omnichannel content development, integrated marketing communications or campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of the role different retail and digital channels play within a connected consumer journey.
  • Excellent creative judgement and the ability to translate broad campaign ideas into practical, channel-specific concepts.
  • Experience leading creative agencies, including briefing, reviewing deliverables, managing feedback and driving work towards agreed objectives.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex content projects from concept development through production and final delivery.
  • Experience managing budgets, reviewing estimates and challenging scope where appropriate.
  • Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing priorities and deliver in a fast-moving environment.

Experience in a creative or advertising agency, or within a large, international marketing organisation, would be advantageous.

Exposure to global or multi-market campaign development is also beneficial.

Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or AI-enabled creative platforms, and the ability to create rough visual proof of concepts, would be a plus.

This is not a design-focused role.

The priority is strong creative thinking, omnichannel expertise, agency leadership and end-to-end project ownership rather than hands-on design execution.

Team & Reporting

The role sits within an international brand communications and content team, working closely with marketing and creative partners to deliver integrated campaigns across multiple markets and channels.

We believe in equal opportunity for all and actively encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
