An established property business is looking for an organised, proactive and personable Office Manager & PA to join its busy central London team. This is a varied role combining sales administration, office management and team support, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the sales team
- Prepare sales paperwork, memorandums and invoices
- Assist with property marketing materials and canvassing
- Arrange market appraisals and appointments
- Complete AML and client checks
- Support HR administration and new starter onboarding
- Welcome clients and visitors and manage incoming calls
- Handle office enquiries and customer service requests
- Assist with diary management and correspondence
- Organise team events and office activities
About You
