Interim Clinical Manager (NMC Registered) Cornwall (Accommodation Provided) | 3–6 month contract Panoramic Associates is supporting a care home in Cornwall to appoint an Interim Clinical Manager for an initial 3–6 month assignment. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an experienced clinical lead who can quickly stabilise and strengthen clinical standards, governance, and team performance. The role Reporting into the Registered Manager, you'll take day-to-day responsibility for clinical delivery across the home, ensuring safe, compliant, and person-centred care.
