We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic HR Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources operations in the UK. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing HR strategies and processes that support business growth, legal compliance, and employee well-being across the UK office.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in HR management within the fintech, payments, or technology sectors, and has a deep understanding of FCA regulations, UK labor law, employee relations, and operational HR excellence.

- Industry experience in fintech, payments, digital banking, or technology-driven sectors is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of FCA regulation, UK labor law, payroll, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional/cross geography teams.
