We are a fast-growing Alternative Payment Method (APM) provider with a global footprint across India, the Middle East, Europe and South America, preparing for expansion into the UK. Our mission is to build secure, seamless, and accessible digital payment infrastructure across borders.

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic HR Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources operations in the UK. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing HR strategies and processes that support business growth, legal compliance, and employee well-being across the UK office.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in HR management within the fintech, payments, or technology sectors, and has a deep understanding of FCA regulations, UK labor law, employee relations, and operational HR excellence.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in the UK, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Industry experience in fintech, payments, digital banking, or technology-driven sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of FCA regulation, UK labor law, payroll, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional/cross geography teams.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
