Location: Scotstoun
Contract: 12 months
Working Pattern: 2–3 days per week
Rate: Β£21.03 p/h PAYE / Β£28.15 p/h Umbrella (Inside IR35)
Security: BPSS only

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Adviser to join the ER Centre of Excellence, supporting managers and business stakeholders across a range of employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied portfolio of ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations .
Provide expert, legally sound advice and guidance to managers and HR stakeholders.
Ensure cases are managed in line with company policies, employment legislation and the ACAS Code of Practice .
Assess and mitigate employee relations, legal and reputational risks.
Coach and support managers in handling ER matters effectively and consistently.
Work collaboratively with HR, Labour Law, Trade Unions, Ethics and other key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate case records and proactively escalate risks where required.
Keep up to date with employment law, case law and industry best practice.
Contribute to continuous improvement across ER policies, processes and technology.
About You
Proven Employee Relations and Case Management experience – essential .
Strong knowledge of UK employment law, ACAS guidance and current case law .
Experience working with Trade Unions and employee representatives .
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to work autonomously, manage a busy caseload and escalate risks appropriately.
A pragmatic and commercially aware approach to resolving complex ER issues.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation on a 12-month contract, working 2–3 days per week from the Scotstoun site. xrnqpay
