This position requires a senior leader who brings deep experience in digital and social ecosystems, outstanding relationship-building skills, and a passion for culture-led, audience-centric brand building. You will oversee key client partnerships, guide strategic direction, mentor teams, and support the growth and evolution of the Consulting practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Leadership & Strategy
    • Serve as the senior strategic partner for clients across the UK and Europe, championing best-in-class social and digital consulting practices.
    • Lead and strengthen senior-level client relationships, acting as the key escalation point and trusted advisor.
    • Drive strategic direction across accounts, inspiring innovation and ensuring all work connects to business objectives.
    • Develop long-term account plans that identify growth opportunities and guide clients through evolving audience and digital landscapes.
    • Conduct regular business reviews to showcase performance, value, and future opportunities.
  • Consulting & Growth
    • Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives, audience-led frameworks, operational improvements, and social-first brand building.
    • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships, uncover new consulting needs, and support new business conversations and proposal development.
    • Help evolve the Consulting practice’s capabilities, offerings, and ways of working across the region.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Mentor, coach, and inspire multi-disciplinary client-facing teams across markets.
    • Partner closely with leaders across Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, Analytics, and Project Management to deliver seamless, high-quality work.
    • Review project WIPs, financials, and account profitability—ensuring efficient operations and healthy engagement performance.
    • Foster a learning-oriented, collaborative environment that empowers teams to grow.
  • Operational & Business Excellence
    • Oversee project execution with project leaders, ensuring teams are clear on deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
    • Support account P&L management, ensuring commercial health and accurate forecasting.
    • Champion best practices, operational optimisation, and effective cross-functional alignment.

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience leading client partnerships in digital, social, creative, consulting, or integrated agency environments.
  • Deep expertise in social platforms, digital ecosystems, audience behaviour, and culture-driven brand building.
  • A track record of managing senior stakeholders, influencing executive decision-making, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Experience working across multiple regions or global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving when needed.
  • Strong leadership skills: empathetic, people-centric, organised, and capable of supporting teams through fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to manage concurrent workstreams with clarity and efficiency.
  • Understanding of performance measurement, paid media fundamentals, and social-led measurement frameworks (a plus).
  • Additional European language skills are beneficial but not required.
