• Great Pay: A competitive salary of €42,129 per annum (€18.34) plus an annual bonus of up to €2000 (paid quarterly) for delivering an amazing service.
• Fantastic sign on bonus: £1000 which is then paid in two instalments of €500 after 3 months, €500 after 6 months!
• A 2 week rota: with 4pm finishes in the first week, and a 4 day work week in the second! Week 1 is Mon-Sat (48hrs 7am - 4pm) & week 2 is Tues-Fri (40hrs 7am - 6pm) guaranteed (44 hrs ave/week), and permanent.

You’ll work as part of a skilled 2-person delivery team, completing 10-15 deliveries a day and installing furniture in customers' homes. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving regular lifting of heavy items and navigating stairs and tight spaces. If you take pride in doing a job properly, you’ll thrive here.

What you'll be doing:

• Complete all deliveries into customers' homes in a safe and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery to ensure that they know you're on your way to their address.
• Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer and that we do not leave them with any rubbish to dispose of.
• Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners in everything that you do.
• Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve the standards of service we offer.
• Carry out daily inspections of allocated vehicles and equipment, informing the line manager of any defects/missing items immediately.
• Comply with all driving laws as defined by the government and all company policies and procedures.

The role is for you if...

• You hold a 7.5T Licence/Grandfather rights/ROI equivalent, up to date Digi Tacho, CPC Card and valid manual driving licence.
• You’ve held a valid drivers licence for 12 months with less than 6 points.
• You’re ready to work as part of a supportive two-person team.
• You’re great with people and enjoy helping customers.
• You’re comfortable installing and lifting heavy furniture in different home settings.
• You’ve got strong time management skills and thrive on variety.
• You take pride in your work and value safety of yourself and those around you.
