We are currently seeking an experienced Country Manager / Project Manager to lead and expand our business activities in England, driving market development and the successful delivery of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts by developing new markets and expanding existing ones
- Drive the end-to-end implementation of our solution, from initial planning and opportunity analysis through execution and delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction, successful project outcomes, and the creation of case studies and testimonials
- Promote long‑term customer retention and generate repeat business opportunities
- Act as the local ambassador for the company, representing our technology with key stakeholders and decision‑makers
Profile & Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management within the civil engineering sector, with a strong preference for road and/or railway construction
- Proven track record of working with construction companies, contractors, supervisors, engineering firms, project managers, and government authorities
- Deep understanding of infrastructure project cost structures, with the ability to identify where our solution delivers maximum value
- Established professional network with the ability to open doors and expand business reach
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain trust through professional expertise
- A natural people person — attentive, detail‑oriented, approachable, and relationship‑driven
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively, including site visits, for approximately 50% of the role
